The Backstory
FinTech Forum started as an idea for one event over a breakfast meeting in July 2013 between Frank Schwab and Samarth Shekhar at the Frankfurt Airport Club— but went on to become the meeting place for FinTech in Europe.
Our research-driven events explore new and emerging themes and opportunity areas, bringing together subject matter experts and industry leaders relevant to that opportunity (e.g. Neo-Banks, InvestTech / Robo-Advice, “FinTech meets Travel”, “FinTech meets Telco”, FinTech for Real Estate etc.)
Since then, our 22 events across Frankfurt, Berlin, Vienna, London etc. have brought together 360+ startups and 1800+ investors and corporate innovators. Hundreds more have been featured in our Q&As, newsletters and social media- a network of 20k+ and growing!
